Summary
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Christmas & Garden Furniture Department Assistant to join our team at Percy Throwers Garden Centre in Shrewsbury.
This is a varied customer-facing role working across our Christmas and garden furniture departments, helping customers find the perfect products for their homes and gardens while ensuring the department is presented to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Providing friendly, helpful and knowledgeable customer service.
Assisting customers with their purchases and offering advice where appropriate.
Maintaining attractive, well-stocked and organised displays.
Receiving, moving and replenishing stock within the department.
Helping to create engaging seasonal Christmas displays.
Assisting with the presentation and merchandising of garden furniture.
Keeping the department clean, tidy and safe for customers and colleagues.
Processing sales and assisting with general shop-floor duties.
Working as part of a team to achieve excellent customer service and department standards.
