Summary
Location: Percy Throwers Garden Centre, Shrewsbury
Hours: 15 hours per week, with overtime available

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Colleague to join our Food Hall team at Percy Throwers Garden Centre in Shrewsbury.
You will play an important role in creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers, helping to keep the Food Hall well stocked, well presented and running smoothly. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Providing friendly and helpful service to customers in the Food Hall
Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive product displays
Checking dates, stock levels and product presentation
Assisting customers with product queries and recommendations
Keeping the Food Hall clean, tidy and well organised
Receiving and putting away deliveries when required
Following company procedures relating to food safety, health and safety and security
Working as part of a team to ensure the Food Hall operates efficiently
Supporting other areas of the garden centre when required
