Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team.

Responsibilities;
Provide personal care and support to individuals, which may include assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Implement behaviour management strategies to support clients who may show challenging behaviours.
Maintain accurate records of service user care and progress, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Engage service users in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other support staff to create tailored care programmes.
Drive service users to health appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their comfort and safety during transport.
Provide companionship and emotional support to service users, fostering a trusting relationship.
