Summary

We are seeking caring, compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide outstanding support to vulnerable individuals in their own homes throughout Sidcup, Bexley, Swanley, Bexleyheath, Crockenhill, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care or nursing home settings. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care upholding the values of the company.

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with personal care; bathing, dressing, toileting etc.

Administering medication safely.

Preparing meals tailored to the needs and choices of the client.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed.

Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health status to relevant healthcare professionals.
