Summary

Join our team as a Business Development Manager, where you will play a key role in expanding our client base, cultivating long-term business relationships, and supporting the achievement of company growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.

• Identify and evaluate new market segments, partnership opportunities, and potential revenue streams.

• Establish strategic alliances and negotiate partnerships to support business expansion.

• Lead contract negotiations and oversee the commercial aspects of client agreements.

• Analyze business performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and growth targets.

• Manage and mentor business development executives and sales team members, providing coaching and performance guidance.

• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement retention strategies to strengthen client loyalty.

• Assess risks and opportunities associated with new business ventures and expansion initiatives.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging market trends.

• Prepare and present business performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.

• Support the development and improvement of business processes, sales methodologies, and customer engagement strategies.

• Act as a key ambassador for the company, strengthening its reputation and presence within the industry.
