Full time on a temporary basis

Carry out pre and post inspections for responsive repairs, void properties and cyclical maintenance programmes.
Undertake property and building surveys to assess condition, identify defects and evaluate associated risks.
Diagnose maintenance issues and prepare specifications, schedules of work and cost estimates.
Manage major void inspections, ensuring properties are returned to a lettable standard within agreed timescales.
Monitor and inspect repairs and maintenance works to ensure quality, value for money and compliance with relevant standards.
Plan, coordinate and oversee repair, maintenance and construction projects, ensuring delivery against cost, quality and performance targets.
Investigate and resolve complex repair issues, providing technical advice and recommendations.
Liaise effectively with residents, leaseholders, contractors and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the repairs process.
Ensure health and safety requirements are met and that works comply with statutory, regulatory and industry standards.
Produce accurate survey reports, inspection records and technical recommendations.
Contribute to service improvements and support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
