Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

- Selling new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience

- Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues

- Providing expert advice and detailed product knowledge

- Developing a thorough understanding of the dealership’s vehicle portfolio

- Conducting test drives and presenting finance options

- Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

- Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential, as full training is provided

- Motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented as the Car Sales Executive

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy dealership environment

- Valid UK driving licence is essential

- A professional attitude and a genuine passion for automotive sales
