Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealer in Northampton, for a Car Sales Executive position.

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

- Selling new and used vehicles within a fast-paced dealership environment

- Presenting vehicle features and benefits to customers to assist in vehicle selection

- Managing customer enquiries and guiding buyers through the entire sales process

- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

- Selling finance, insurance, and additional products in line with customer needs and regulatory standards

- Delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and objectives as a Car Sales Executive

- Supporting the dealership’s reputation for high stock turnover and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Previous automotive sales experience is highly desirable

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent customer service abilities

- Good organisational and administrative skills

- Competent IT skills

- Positive, proactive, and target-driven approach

- Ensuring compliance with all industry standards and regulations
