Summary
Nursery Manager
Up to £47,000 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

What We're Looking For
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
Previous experience as a Nursery Manager
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful nursery team
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Passion for delivering outstanding early years education
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery
Inspire, support, and develop the nursery team to deliver outstanding childcare and education
Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, compliance, and EYFS practice are maintained
Create a welcoming environment where children feel safe, happy, and confident to learn
Support each room in delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
Make full use of the nursery's spacious outdoor environment to enhance children's development
Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
Drive continuous improvement and maintain the nursery's excellent reputation
