Summary
Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)
Up to £28,000 per annum | Full-Time, All Year Round

- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A warm, nurturing approach with a genuine passion for child development
- Someone who embraces outdoor learning and appreciates a well-designed outdoor environment
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
- Salary offered is reflective of qualification level - Level 3 candidates will be offered accordingly

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
- Making full use of the nursery's specially designed outdoor space to enrich children's daily learning experiences
- Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
- Observing and documenting children's development, sharing progress meaningfully with families
- Building secure, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's warm, homely culture
