Summary
Working within a skilled and collaborative team, you will lead on complex automation projects, ensuring that all solutions are secure, maintainable, and deliver measurable benefits to the organisation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism in accordance with Trust standards and best practice. Support the development and integration of Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Power Automate and Power Apps. Collaborate with business analysts and service leads to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions. Create and maintain reusable automation components, documentation, and governance artefacts. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior automation developers. Ensure compliance with Information Governance, data protection, and cybersecurity standards. Participate in change management, release processes, and quality assurance reviews. Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement. Support the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of existing automations.
