Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Tunbridge Wells that are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Teachers to join their teams.Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to gain valuable Upper KS2 experience or an experienced practitioner seeking your next opportunity, we have a variety of roles available across supportive and welcoming school settings.

The Role

As a Year 5 Teacher, you'll play a key role in helping pupils prepare for the final stages of primary education. You'll support children as they develop confidence, independence and resilience while building the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in Year 6 and beyond.You'll deliver engaging and challenging lessons across the curriculum, create a positive learning environment and encourage pupils to become motivated, ambitious and successful learners.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it

Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Key Stage 2

Can deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that support pupil progress

Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Are committed to helping every child achieve their full potential

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a passion for teaching
