Summary
We are looking for a caring, reliable and compassionate Full-Time Night Duty Care Assistant to join our residential care team.

The role will include:
• Supporting residents with personal care and their individual needs
• Promoting dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing
• Carrying out regular checks and ensuring residents are comfortable and safe throughout the night
• Supporting residents with mobility and repositioning where required
• Completing care records accurately
• Reporting any changes or concerns regarding residents’ health and wellbeing
• Providing a safe, clean and comfortable environment
• Working closely with the Senior Care Assistant and other members of the night team
• Providing a clear handover at the end of each shift
