Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
Support individuals in maintaining their independence and dignity by encouraging participation in daily routines.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care.
Follow individual care plans meticulously to meet the specific needs of each resident.
Drive to various locations for home care assignments, ensuring safe transportation for clients.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to senior staff.
Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of care.
