Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

We are seeking a Technical Asset Analyst to quality assess incoming building asset survey data, ensuring captured asset information is accurate, complete, compliant and fit for purpose within relevant building safety, maintenance standards and regulations.

Job Description

Reporting to the AV Team Leader within the AVDV Programme, you will support the wider team by carrying out detailed technical and data reviews of M&E and fabric asset information, helping to ensure the accuracy, consistency and quality of data that underpins a robust and compliant asset register.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out desktop asset verification to confirm assets physically exist, are correctly identified and are located correctly.

Review building levels and rooms captured against building floor plans.

Check incoming asset survey data against the existing client asset register.

Review survey data to ensure asset naming conventions are correct and align to the appropriate maintenance SFG20 schedule.

Check that captured asset data meets legal, safety and engineering standards.

Ensure all required assets that comprise major building systems have been captured.

Apply strict version control processes, tracker updates and folder structure management.

Quality check asset surveys for data errors and inconsistencies.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Previous experience as an Asset Manager or Asset Surveyor (essential).

Strong knowledge of building, engineering and maintenance standards and regulations.

Demonstrable understanding of fire and water regulations and their application in asset management.

Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality.

Experience using CAFM systems, including Maximo and Concept (essential).

Confidence working with technical and operational stakeholders.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
