ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED EARLY YEARS PROFESSIONAL READY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP IN YOUR CAREER? 

YMCA Black Country Group is looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Nursery Manager to lead our thriving nursery, providing

exceptional care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will

support the day-to-day running of the nursery, inspire and develop staff, and create a safe, nurturing, stimulating, and

inclusive environment that meets the requirements of the EYFS and Ofsted. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest

standards of safeguarding, teaching and learning, compliance and family engagement, health & safety, staffing ratios, and

administration while also supporting the nursery's continued growth and success.
