Join our YMCA Small Street Day Nursery where you will nurture the earliest and most crucial years of children's development. Make
a lasting impact on children aged 6 weeks to 5 years in a supportive environment that truly values your expertise.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will be creating meaningful change in children's lives as you:
* Plan and deliver engaging activities for your key group using the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Complete observations and assessments to support each child's unique development journey
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers, offering guidance that boosts their confidence
* Contribute to maintaining our high-quality provision and promoting best practice
* Create a safe, stimulating environment where children can grow and thrive

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You will have a Level 3 Early Years qualification, with experience implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. Your
passion for working with children and families drives you to create exceptional learning experiences. This is a Term Time Only
contract.
