YMCA BLACK COUNTRY GROUP IS SEEKING A PASSIONATE AND QUALIFIED EARLY YEARS TEACHER (EYTS) TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT YMCA CITY GATEWAY
DAY NURSERY.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will lead high-quality teaching, learning, and care that supports every child's development and wellbeing. Your role includes
delivering engaging EYFS-based activities and inspiring excellent practice across the team, including:
* Support the leadership of rooms or age groups
* Mentor colleagues and drive best practice
* Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating environments where children thrive
* Deliver outstanding care and education for children aged 0-5 years
