Triumph Consultants are looking for an Anti Social Behaviour Officer to be accountable for delivering a tenure blind, professional, pro-active, visable, high quality, customer-centric service addressing engrained anti-social behaviour & delivering tenancy success through resolution & enforcement across a locality Contract is for 2-3 months in Berkshire.

Pay Rate: £15.55 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Contract length: 2-3 Months
Location: Thatcham, Berkshire, RG19 6AD
Enhanced DBS required for this role
Key requirements:
Must be able to drive and have access to a car to enable extensive travel across Oxfordshire
Experience of working with anti-social behaviour cases, dealing with challenging behaviour and have a sound knowledge of criminal justice legislation.
Experience of delivering effective anti-social behaviour service to address ingrained behaviours whilst minimising need for legal intervention and supporting tenancy success
Experience of attending and representing Sovereign at court, including preparation of Notices, court papers and witness statements
Key responsibilities
To take responsibility to deliver the right outcome for our customer in a safe and timely way.
Working collaboratively with locality and functional teams to resolve non access, fraud and tenancy and lease breaches to ensure regulatory and statutory compliance within agreed customer standards and financial regulations
Work collaboratively with the Locality and cross functional teams to provide a proactive data led service to deliver the customer outcomes, building trust and respect within our communities whilst ensuring effective practice is in place so that all services fully comply with legislation, regulatory and governing requirements
