Summary

Qualifications Relevant degree or equivalent qualification, or significant experience working at degree level. Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD). Blue Prism Cloud Practitioner certification. Additional Blue Prism certification(s). Experience Proven experience delivering complex automation solutions using Blue Prism Cloud. Expert knowledge of: Blue Prism RPA Intelligent OCR (iOCR) Blue Prism Cloud Cognitive Tools Language translation Sentiment analysis Keyword classification Interact e-Forms Chatbots Orchestrator Experience managing the full automation lifecycle in accordance with Blue Prism best practice standards. Experience engaging with customers and stakeholders in a consultative capacity to identify requirements and develop solutions. Knowledge Good understanding of: Change management Risk management Governance and compliance processes Skills and Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse complex information and make sound decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical information to different audiences. Strong influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lead and support change initiatives.
