A little bit about us

Here at Wellburn, our lovely family-run business operates a little differently to a lot of other businesses. We don't hire robots.

We hire people.

Everyone is different, and we love that. Our recruitment policy is as much about personality as it is about qualifications. We

need you to fit in and be part of the team. Part of the family.

At Wellburn, we're passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our residents, their families, and the communities we

serve. We believe every home has a unique story to tell, and we're looking for someone creative, enthusiastic and people-focused

to help us tell those stories.

About the role

We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our wider Marketing team in creating engaging content

and promoting the fantastic work taking place across our homes.

This is a varied and hands-on role that will see you regularly visiting our care homes, supporting events, capturing content, and

working closely with our Lifestyle Coordinators to showcase the vibrant communities within Wellburn.

You will play an important role in helping our homes build local relationships, strengthen community engagement, support

occupancy, and celebrate the wonderful moments that happen every day.

We’re looking for someone who has a passion for storytelling, so crafting narratives and sharing authentic experiences, as well as

in-person confidence in and around our homes is essential.

Key responsibilities

Main tasks

* Write compelling copy for internal and external communications, including newsletters, marketing materials, website content,

and press releases.

* Contribute content to our company magazine, The Wellburn Post.

* Assist with the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials.

* Support marketing campaigns designed to drive enquiries and occupancy across the group.

* Build relationships with local communities, organisations, and stakeholders to increase awareness of our homes and services.

* Work closely with Lifestyle Coordinators, sharing ideas and best practices to maximise engagement and participation.

Events coordinating

* Attend and support events across our care homes, helping to ensure they are promoted effectively and successfully delivered.

* Capture photography and video content for marketing and promotional purposes.

Social media support

* Assist in managing Wellburn's social media platforms, creating engaging and relevant content.

* Assist in monitoring social media activity and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach.

About you

We're looking for someone who is creative, organised, confident and passionate about storytelling.

You'll ideally have:

* Experience in a marketing, communications or content creation role.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.

* Experience managing social media platforms.

* A good eye for photography and content creation.

* The ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of people.

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.

* A genuine interest in community engagement and promoting positive experiences.

A full UK driving licence is essential, and access to your own vehicle would be advantageous, as regular travel between homes will

be required.

Why join Wellburn?

At Wellburn, you'll be joining a supportive, friendly team where your ideas are valued and your work genuinely makes a difference.

Every day brings something different, and you'll have the opportunity to help tell the stories of the incredible residents,

colleagues and communities that make Wellburn such a special place to be.
