Primary Supply Teachers - Birmingham (Sparkbrook to Castle Bromwich Corridor)
September Start - Daily & Long‑Term Roles Available Pay:
- Daily Supply: £130-£150 per day

You will be supporting a cluster of primary schools across Birmingham, covering areas such as:
- Sparkbrook
- Small Heath
- Bordesley Green
- Stechford
- Hodge Hill
- Shard End
- Erdington
- Castle Vale
- Castle Bromwich
These neighbourhoods include a mix of diverse, community‑driven primary schools with strong pastoral cultures and high expectations for teaching and learning.

The Role
We are seeking flexible, confident and adaptable Primary Teachers to provide both daily cover and long‑term placements across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
You must be comfortable teaching Nursery/Reception up to Year 6, delivering engaging lessons, following school policies and maintaining a calm, professional presence.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to complete a new check
- Ability to teach EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Strong behaviour management and adaptable teaching practice
- Reliable, punctual and able to take initiative
- Available from 6:30am for on‑the‑day bookings
- Flexible, organised and able to work across multiple school environments
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS-KS2
- Follow school policies, routines and safeguarding expectations
- Support pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing
- Manage behaviour effectively
- Adapt quickly to different classrooms, year groups and school cultures
- Build positive relationships with staff across multiple schools
