Are you a Teaching Assistant with SEN experience looking for consistent work from September?

Do you thrive in busy, community‑focused primary schools? Can you support pupils with additional needs calmly, confidently and with genuine care?

If so, we're recruiting SEN‑experienced Teaching Assistants to work across a group of Birmingham schools stretching from Sparkbrook through to Castle Bromwich.

Across these areas, you'll find a mix of 1‑form and 2‑form entry primary schools with:

- Strong pastoral teams

- Clear routines and high expectations

- Inclusive, nurturing environments

- Vibrant EYFS settings and structured KS1/KS2 classrooms

These schools value TAs who can build trust quickly and support pupils with a range of needs.

What Will You Be Doing?

- Providing 1:1 or small‑group SEN support

- Assisting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or communication needs

- Helping deliver targeted interventions

- Supporting behaviour routines and classroom expectations

- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff

- Adapting quickly to new classrooms and pupil needs

- Being available from 6:30am for same‑day bookings

Does This Sound Like You?

- Do you have SEN experience in a school or similar setting?

- Are you calm, patient and confident managing behaviour?

- Can you support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2?

- Do you have a DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to complete one)?

- Are you reliable, punctual and comfortable working across multiple schools?

- Can you follow safeguarding procedures consistently?
