Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine needs and risks.
Develop and implement care and protection plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor and review cases regularly to ensure children’s welfare and safety.
Advocate on behalf of children to ensure their voices are heard in decision-making processes.
Collaborate with external agencies including schools, healthcare providers, and law enforcement.
Provide guidance and support to families to promote positive change and stability.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and case documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
Participate in supervision, professional development, and team meetings to enhance practice.
Hours Per Week: 36

End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £23.73
Location: Merseyside, Liverpool
