Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s needs and family environments to determine appropriate care plans.
Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies that prioritize the safety and wellbeing of children.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including healthcare providers, educators, and legal professionals to coordinate care.
Advocate on behalf of children and families to access necessary services and support resources.
Monitor and review care plans regularly, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
Provide support and guidance to families to promote positive parenting and sustainable change.
Participate in child protection conferences and case reviews as required.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with social care practices and legislation.
