Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CSW - Social Worker specializing in Assessment and Safeguarding to join our dynamic social care team. This pivotal role involves working closely with vulnerable individuals and families to assess their needs, provide support, and ensure their safety and well-being. The ideal candidate will be socially care qualified with a strong background in safeguarding vulnerable populations, including children, adults, or those at risk. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to deliver effective social care solutions. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals’ social care needs and risks.
Develop and implement safeguarding plans to protect vulnerable clients.
Collaborate with health, education, and other social care professionals to coordinate support services.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Respond promptly to safeguarding concerns, initiating investigations when necessary.
Advocate for clients’ rights and access to appropriate resources and services.
Participate in multi-agency meetings and contribute to case reviews and strategy discussions.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £27.31
