Our client, a renowned educational institution in Norwich, Norfolk, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-time SEN Teacher to join their dedicated team. As a Full-time SEN Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging, tailored, and enriching lessons that cater to the unique requirements of your students. With a salary range of £195 - £280 per day (PAYE), you'll be empowered to utilise your expertise and creativity to help your students reach their full potential.

Your role will involve:

- Designing and implementing comprehensive, evidence-based lesson plans that address the specific learning needs of your students

- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including therapists, support staff, and parents, to ensure a holistic approach to student development

- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular feedback, and adjusting teaching strategies as needed

- Fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic growth of each student

- Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay at the forefront of best practices in special education

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a specialism in Special Educational Needs

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification

- Extensive experience (minimum of 2 years) in working with students with a wide range of special educational needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

- A deep understanding of the latest teaching methodologies, assistive technologies, and evidence-based interventions for SEN students

- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs
