Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Paint Technician vacancy based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to join a reputable, small-sized bodyshop that values quality and craftsmanship. The successful Paint Technician will be responsible for delivering high-standard finishes from start to finish, encompassing preparation, priming, painting, and polishing.

- Basic salary up to £45,000 per annum

- OTE approximately £50,000 including bonuses

- Monday to Friday working week

- Early finish on Fridays

Duties of the Paint Technician:

- Manage the full repair process including prep, prime, paint, and polish

- Carry out all work efficiently within manufacturer repair times

- Paint both half and full bumpers

- Ensure high-quality finishes to meet customer expectations

- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels at all times

- Handle full job flow from start to finish, demonstrating attention to detail

Requirements of the Paint Technician:

- Proven experience as a Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong eye for detail and quality assurance

- Good communication skills

- Multi-tasking abilities; ATA qualification advantageous but not essential

- Commitment to delivering excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction
