Summary

Our client, a reputable and well-established accident repair group with centres across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their professional team in High Wycombe. Duties of a Paint Sprayer:

- Complete the full painting process from start to finish, including prep, priming, painting, and polishing

- Carry out repairs on both half and full bumpers

- Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring work is completed within manufacturer repair times

- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements:

- ATA or NVQ qualifications preferred but not essential; relevant experience is highly valued

- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive bodyshop environment

- Full UK driving licence

- Keen eye for detail and high-quality finishes

- Ability to work efficiently within a busy, high-volume environment
