A leading independent bodyshop in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, is recruiting for a skilled MET Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MET Technician seeking a role with a reputable employer that values technical expertise and staff development. Duties of the MET Technician include:

- Conducting mechanical repairs and bodywork operations on allocated vehicles

- Dismantling, fault diagnosis, and testing

- Reassembling vehicles with new parts as required

- Carrying out inspections and testing to ensure safety and quality standards

- Identifying faults and recommending necessary repairs

- Road testing vehicles when necessary, following safety and legal guidelines

- Maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout all procedures

Requirements for the MET Technician position:

- Proven experience as a MET Technician in a professional environment

- Ability to perform mechanical repairs and diagnostics accurately

- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness

- Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively

- ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential

- Positive attitude and a willingness to develop further within the role
