Hays Education is working with a range of primary schools across Tunbridge Wells that are looking to appoint enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teachers to join their teams.Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to develop your confidence within KS2 or an experienced practitioner seeking a new opportunity, we have a variety of roles available across welcoming and supportive school environments.

The Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you'll play a key role in helping pupils build upon their existing knowledge while developing the confidence, independence and resilience needed for the challenges of Upper Key Stage 2.You'll deliver engaging and creative lessons across the curriculum, create a positive learning environment and support pupils as they continue to grow academically, socially and emotionally.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it

Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Key Stage 2

Can plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning

Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Are committed to supporting the progress and wellbeing of every pupil

Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents

Bring enthusiasm, creativity and a positive approach to teaching
