Summary

Senior Corporate Surveyor needed in Harrow

This is a temporary role and the rate is £29.20ph PAYE

The reference number is: 013718

The successful candidate will act as a lead technical professional within the Corporate Estates team, delivering expert valuation and estate management services across a substantial and diverse portfolio of operational and community assets. They will operate as the Intelligent Client, commissioning, managing and reviewing external valuation consultants to ensure technical accuracy, compliance and value for money.

They will support the Head of Estates (Corporate) in driving asset rationalisation and space optimisation projects aligned to strategic objectives, while managing statutory valuation workloads—including Right to Buy—and serving as the primary point of contact for complex property casework. The successful candidate will demonstrate full adherence to RICS Codes of Practice and statutory governance, ensuring high‑quality professional standards across all valuation and estates activities.
