About the Role

As Deputy Care Manager, you will help shape the day-to-day life of the home. Working with the Registered Manager, you will support a safe, nurturing, therapeutic environment where children can heal, grow, and achieve their potential. You will guide colleagues, model strong practice, and help build a reflective, confident team culture.

You will help oversee rotas, routines, safeguarding, compliance, documentation, and care quality. In the Registered Manager’s absence, you will provide operational leadership and keep children at the centre of every decision.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced children’s residential practitioner ready to step into leadership, build experience in supervision, safeguarding, quality assurance, and regulation, and progress towards Registered Manager level.
