We’re looking for an experienced Senior Residential Children’s Practitioner to help lead high-quality, trauma-informed care using our relationship-centred Roots to Wings model.

What you’ll be doing

You will support the day-to-day leadership of the home by:

• Leading, motivating and supporting practitioners through supervision and reflective practice.

• Promoting emotional safety, confidence, growth and independence through the Roots to Wings model.

• Delivering consistent, high-quality therapeutic care tailored to each child’s needs.

• Stepping into additional responsibilities when the Home Manager or Deputy Manager is absent.
