Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Significant senior HR or People leadership experience at Head of People, Head of HR or equivalent level.

• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations and workforce strategy.

• Experience leading organisational change, transformation or centralisation programmes.

• Experience supporting organisational growth, workforce planning and TUPE transfers.

• Strong understanding of people systems, workforce analytics and performance reporting.

• Experience developing and implementing strategic people plans.

• Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

• Experience leading complex employee relations and organisational development initiatives.

• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

• Commitment to service excellence, integrity and continuous improvement.
