Summary
The Head of People and Culture will provide strategic leadership for the Trust's people function, overseeing the transition to a centralised People and Culture model across all academies. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role will lead workforce strategy, employee relations, organisational development, workforce planning, recruitment compliance, wellbeing initiatives, and Trust growth activities including TUPE transfers and onboarding. The successful candidate will help ensure SJCMAT becomes an employer of choice while supporting the Trust's continued expansion.
