Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• A strong track record of excellence in teaching and learning.

• Experience supporting the professional development of teachers, trainee teachers or Early Career Teachers.

• Demonstrable coaching, mentoring and instructional leadership skills.

• Ability to deliver engaging, high-quality training and professional development.

• Strong understanding of current educational priorities, curriculum development and teaching standards.

• Experience monitoring progress and contributing to quality assurance processes.

• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
