Location: London / remote - open to candidates nationwide

Hours of work: 40

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 7 months

We are seeking a MI & Data Co-ordinator to support both Business as Usual (BAU) activities and a key rectification programme within a transforming team.

This role has arisen due to a team split, creating a requirement for additional resource to ensure continuity of reporting and data analysis responsibilities.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong reporting and data management capabilities who can contribute to maintaining high-quality MI outputs while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives.

This individual will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and effective reporting delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain reporting outputs and a central SharePoint-based Document Management System (DMS).

Collaborate with operational teams, BI, and FMS teams to align reporting requirements.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to metadata and data standards.

Establish and maintain processes for effective collection and storage of Management Information (MI).

Produce monthly KPI reports and other regular reporting outputs for stakeholders.

Build dashboards and data visualisations using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau.

Administer access controls for SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other systems including Insight and Tririga via Jira.

Manage and respond to data queries and reporting requests from internal and client stakeholders.

Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong background in data analysis and reporting.

Advanced Excel skills, including macros, advanced formulas, and XLOOKUPs.

Experience using SharePoint and Excel as reporting tools.

Experience with Tableau for data extraction and analysis.

Ability to analyse large datasets and produce meaningful insights.

Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating professional reporting packs.

A highly analytical and detail-oriented approach.

Ability to manage complex datasets and deliver high-quality reporting.
