Summary

Location: Wembley, HA9 (Greater London)

Salary: Up to £45,000 per year + excellent benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (All Year Round)

Hours: 40 hours per week (Rotating shifts between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Lead by Example: Model exceptional EYFS and Montessori practice directly within the room.

Mentor & Coach: Support and guide room staff to elevate their teaching and observations.

Quality Control: Oversee curriculum planning, tracking, and learning environments.

Compliance: Maintain strict safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory standards.

Partnerships: Foster strong, trusted relationships with parents and families.

What You Need to Apply

Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or a Montessori Diploma.

Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Room Leader, Third-in-Charge, Quality Lead, or Lead Practitioner.

Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Compliance: Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available), a clean Enhanced DBS, and a Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to get one).
