Summary
Location: Wembley, Greater London (HA9)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Rotating shifts between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

What You Will Do:
Lead & Inspire: Mentor room staff, delegate tasks, and support nursery management.
Deliver EYFS: Plan and assess individual child development in line with EYFS and Ofsted guidelines.
Partner with Parents: Build warm, trusting, and professional relationships with families.
Ensure Safety: Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and safeguarding.
What We Look For:
Qualifications: Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification or Montessori Diploma (Essential).
Experience: 1+ years of experience leading a room within a UK nursery setting.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the current EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
Skills: Strong communication and basic ICT skills for digital learning journals.
Compliance: Valid Paediatric First Aid and a clean Enhanced DBS check.
Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK.
