We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker - Adults who is Social Care Qualified to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults requiring social care support to identify needs and risks.
Develop, implement, and review individualized care and support plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to and intervene appropriately in cases of abuse or neglect.
Work closely with healthcare professionals, local authorities, and other external agencies to coordinate holistic care.
Provide professional advice, guidance, and support to colleagues and junior social workers within the team.
Maintain accurate and timely records of casework and comply with data protection regulations.
Participate in service development initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of social care practices.
Advocate for the rights and needs of service users to promote equality, inclusion, and social justice.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £21.65
