Summary

Vehicle Technician

Location: Gatwick

Salary: £39,232 Basic + Uncapped Bonus

Working Hours: Full Time – 45 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and successful dealership in Gatwick. Vehicle Technician Role

- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.

- Complete warranty repairs and routine maintenance work.

- Carry out electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHCs).

- Complete digital job cards and repair documentation accurately.

- Ensure all work is completed efficiently whilst maintaining high quality standards.

- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maximise productivity.

Vehicle Technician Requirements

- Qualified to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).

- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Service Technician.

- Experience carrying out servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repairs.

- MOT Licence advantageous but not essential.

- Full UK Driving Licence.

- Strong attention to detail with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
