Summary

North Kesteven District Council is seeking a motivated individual to join the Property Services team. This post puts you at the heart of a wide range of construction projects supporting both Disabled facilities grants for the private sector and adaptations in council housing stock that form part of the Council’s Capital Investment and Revenue programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide effective means testing reports and advice and administration including templates, invoices, appointments with customers and tenants and evaluation criteria, project timetables and facilitate procurement activities.

Supporting due diligence checks during the grant process and administration during the full project process.

Arranging and facilitating procurement exercises.

You will be required to apply a high level of attention to detail when carrying out this role, to support the delivery of Council’s investment and revenue programmes and show an appreciation of the contribution local government can make to the welfare of the people living, working and visiting the district.
