  • Previous experience working within an early years setting.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

What You'll Receive

  • Up to £28,000 per year

  • Discounted childcare
  • Christmas closure
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Excellent opportunities for career progression
  • The opportunity to work in an inspiring nursery with exceptional indoor and outdoor learning environments

Your Role

  • Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities that support children's learning and development.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
  • Make full use of the nursery's inspiring indoor and outdoor environments to create exciting learning opportunities.
  • Promote children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing through meaningful experiences.
  • Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain excellent standards throughout the nursery.
