Nursery Practitioner
Up to £28,000 per year | 40 Hours per Week | All Year Round

We are looking for an early years practitioner with a full and relevant Level 3 qualification, who has a genuine passion for childcare and brings strong knowledge of the EYFS framework into their daily practice.
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Your Role
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities that support children's learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
- Make full use of the nursery's inspiring indoor and outdoor environments to create exciting learning opportunities.
- Promote children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing through meaningful experiences.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain excellent standards throughout the nursery.
