Are you a caring and motivated Nursery Practitioner ready to make a real difference in children’s lives? This is your chance to join a welcoming nursery where curiosity, creativity, and care come together. Supporting children aged 0–5 years, you’ll help shape their early learning journey in a nurturing, play-based environment that feels like home.

Set in a beautifully renovated house with bright, spacious rooms and a stunning outdoor garden, this nursery offers the perfect balance of warmth, professionalism, and fun — a place where both children and practitioners love to be.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years (essential)
  • Sound understanding of EYFS and safeguarding practices
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm, enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards childcare

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Paid day off on your birthday – because you deserve to celebrate!
  • Free uniform and paid DBS check
  • Healthcare scheme and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for wellbeing support
  • Company pension and opportunities for career progression
  • Team celebrations, including a staff Christmas party and regular social events
  • Free onsite parking in a convenient, accessible location

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, inclusive and inspiring environment that encourages learning through play
  • Act as a Key Person for a small group of children, tracking and supporting their development
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure each day runs smoothly
  • Keep the learning spaces tidy, welcoming, and well-organised
