Vehicle Technician

Location: Coulsdon

Salary: £34,000 basic + bonus, OTE £60,000+ (Uncapped) + £2,500 Welcome Bonus

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Saturdays on rota

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy main dealership in Coulsdon. Vehicle Technician Role

- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs in line with manufacturer standards.

- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.

- Complete vehicle inspections and identify additional repair requirements.

- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

- Liaise with Service Advisors and customers when required.

- Support and mentor other Technicians within the workshop.

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Vehicle Technician Requirements

- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).

- Experienced Level 2 Technicians with dealership experience will also be considered.

- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent garage.

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

- MOT Licence desirable but not essential.

- Excellent attention to detail and time management.

- Full UK Driving Licence.
