Service Advisor

Location: Coulsdon

Salary: £34,000 Basic + bonus, £45,000 OTE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a rota

Service Advisor We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful main dealership in Coulsdon. Working within a fast-paced Aftersales department, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle's service and repair journey, delivering exceptional customer service while helping to maximise departmental performance.

Service Advisor Role

- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional level of customer service.

- Act as the main point of contact throughout the vehicle repair process.

- Keep customers fully informed on the progress of repairs and expected completion times.

- Book vehicles into the workshop and manage daily workshop schedules.

- Recommend and upsell additional repairs and maintenance identified by Technicians.

- Carry out pre-booking customer calls and confirm appointments.

- Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation.

- Liaise closely with the Workshop Controller and Technicians to ensure efficient workflow.

- Achieve individual and departmental customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Service Advisor Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer service role.

- Full UK Driving Licence.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Strong organisational and time management abilities.

- Comfortable working within a target-driven environment.

- Ability to build rapport with customers and identify sales opportunities.

- Previous main dealer experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
