Lunchtime Supervisor / Lunchtime Cover - Temporary, starting September 2026

Duties as a Lunchtime Supervisor:

Supervising pupils during lunch periods
Promoting positive behaviour and respectful interactions
Supporting children in dining and playground areas
Encouraging safe and inclusive play
Managing minor behavioural incidents appropriately
Ensuring the wellbeing and safety of pupils at all times
Working closely with school staff to maintain a positive environment

Ideal Lunchtime Supervisor:

Previous lunchtime cover or lunchtime supervisor experience is essential
Experience working with primary-aged children
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Reliable, proactive, and professional approach
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
