Our client provision provides a nurturing and structured environment for pupils who require additional support outside of mainstream education. The team is committed to building strong relationships with students, promoting engagement, emotional wellbeing, and academic progress.

- Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
- Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support student progress.
- Provide classroom cover where required.
- Build positive relationships that encourage engagement and attendance.

- Is calm, adaptable, and resilient in challenging situations.
- Is passionate about supporting vulnerable young people.
- Can build strong professional relationships with both pupils and staff.

You'll receive:
- A dedicated consultant providing personalised support.
- Access to roles in supportive schools and provisions across Greater Manchester.
