Summary

This role helps children, families and communities build healthier lifestyles, making a real difference to long-term wellbeing.

You’ll join a supportive Wellbeing Service, working with partners across health, education and the community. Your work will focus on reducing health inequalities by delivering practical support, advice and activities that empower people to make positive changes.

What you’ll do:

 

• Deliver group sessions, events and one-to-one support on healthy lifestyles

• Provide advice on nutrition, physical activity and behaviour change

• Work with schools, community groups and partner organisations

• Support outreach activity and signpost people to local services

• Monitor progress and adapt support to meet individual needs

What we’re looking for:

 

• Experience working with individuals or groups in community or health settings

• Confidence delivering sessions, training or activities

• Good communication and ability to build trust with different people

• Understanding of behaviour change and healthy lifestyle support

• Willingness to learn, develop and work flexibly, including outreach
